Our technique pack includes 3x 1:1 private sessions covering any lifts you like in depth.
Technique breakdown and assessment, with movement drills prescribed so you gain c
onfidence in ongoing execution.  These sessions allow you to troubleshoot problems on any lifts you like and feel more capable in future progress.
