If in the unfortunate circumstances you require to cancel your coaching services with Nexus Performance. You are required to send written email to [email protected] for action to be taken on your account. We require a minimum 2 weeks notice to ensure adequate time is given to amend the accounts. 

If you are within the minimum 12 week contract agreement you will be required to pay a $100aud cancellation fee.

If in the unfortunate circumstance where direct debits fail you will be sent via email or text a notification of the payment being dishonoured.

If you fail to rectify the account following the 24 hour period, a dishonour fee of $6.90 will be charged to your account in addition to the coaching service fees.

An auto retry is scheduled for 2 days following the first attempt, alternatively you can contact [email protected] to arrange payment links.

If over the coaching services you wish to place your account on hold for a period of 2 weeks or longer due to travel, illness or other concerns please send an email to:
[email protected] with a minimum 2 weeks notice to amend your billing accounts.

No fees apply across the holding period. 

If you are holding during your minimum term, the length of hold will be extended to your timeline agreement.

If you require billing days to be rescheduled due to changes in pay days, or changes in your account details please email [email protected] and a link will be sent to update the account.
