This event is a non sanctioned strongman event. We have weight classes and also have a Novice category for those wanting to step in to the scene and give Strongman a test.

We created this event so that the community to get around a charity that is incredibly important to Nexus founders Mikki + Will, the Animal Welfare League.
Being proud owners of 3 animal shelter doggos, sadly losing 2 due to illness in 2022. Mikki had been a long term volunteer of the AWL QLD we wanted to give back to an organisation that is very dear to our hearts, seeing first hand where the funds are needed and go to. Nexus will donate $1 per kg lifted from the biggest male and female deadlift to the AWL.
We invite you to either register and get involved, no prior experience needed, but we do have coaching in person or online to help if needed.
